Outcalm Coaching: Become the Calmest Person in Your World

A calm mind means you have won.

What sets the Greatest apart from the ordinary person is their ability to act with a calm mind. You see this in great athletes, entrepreneurs, CEOs, fighters and parents. 


When something happens that makes the ordinary person react from a mind of panic, the Greatest act from a mind of calm.


Although this sounds simple, I found it increasingly difficult to find the time and space to calm my mind. Work, ideas, and meaning never get enough attention, and I reacted in ways I wish were different. I believe I am not alone.


The growth of global triggers is exponential. Our attention is now in demand 24/7, and we are prompted to react and feel like we are part of society. But our livelihood is a product of our reactions.


Greatness comes from consistency. That means consistency in making the mind calm and then act.


Outcalm Coaching is about developing consistency so that you may become great at what you aspire to achieve in your life and career. The main goal is transforming you into the calmest person in every room.


Outcalm Coaching is NOT:

  • A breath exercise or a meditation aiming to solve your problems.

  • Therapy or life coaching to feel better about your current state of affairs.

  • A religious practice aiming to bring peace of mind.

  • Passive participation for emotional support.


This coaching program is designed to be as practical as possible. It results from my own experiences, the wisdom of great peacemakers in history, and the most relevant science for mental performance.


I have made this program the method I was missing for the challenges I have faced and the opportunities I am pursuing. With Outcalm, I have:

  1. gone through an ego death in my late 20s to then reinvent my homeland, career and purpose in life on the other side of the world,

  2. been a 6-figures executive, a 7-figure entrepreneur and a 0-figures monk,

  3. spent two years as a caretaker and death doula for my father-in-law and my mother, and

  4. devoted my life to the purpose of always becoming more calm-minded so that I can withstand whatever life throws at me.


The principles of Outcalm Coaching are as applicable to sudden life-changing situations as they are to building a vibrant life or successful business. 


However, Outcalm Coaching is not for everyone. 


For this coaching program to work, you must have the following:

  1. A goal or an idea worth pursuing.

  2. Deal with different forms of stress at different levels of intensity.

  3. Willingness in managing and growing relationships (family, business partners, investors, etc.)

  4. Openness in developing and understanding your psychology.

  5. Passion for making better decisions that benefit your future self.

  6. Availability for a minimum of 3 hours monthly to work with me.


My objective is for you to become a beacon of calmness for those around you so that you can live a life in which your presence brings value to both others and yourself.


The principles of Outcalm Coaching take you from:

  • Overthinking to grounding.

  • Emotional anxiety to emotional regulation.

  • Panic reaction to ReflActing (Reflected action).

  • Rumination to peace of mind.

  • Relational conflict to alignment.


These are just some of the elements I focus on, but it depends highly on what is going on in your life and business. What I can guarantee you is this:
