I'll Leave You With a Power Meditation

This is a 2-minute power meditation with one intention. To allow you to start your day anew.
Working online has made me develop one particular bad habit. I would rush from one call to another without any break in my process.
Although I would be present in meetings, I noticed that I was not present in myself. It felt as if I was always catching up to myself and never really arriving.
Whenever I finally got a break, I would notice that some of the things I had said and the reactions I had to specific conversations didn't sit with me.
As a result, my decision-making processes and my relationships, both personal and professional, suffered. I would feel stressed without any reason and always feel as if I was behind.
I started paying attention to the art of subtle pauses and intention setting. I did this by doing a quick meditation with only one intention: to allow myself to arrive fully so that the next thing I did would be with presence.

I'd consider it similar to a power nap, as it allows you to reset your day and get mentally clear on your priorities.
I wanted to share this with you and also provide you with a few guarantees with this practice:
It will take you less than 2-minutes, but it will give you more time in return,
it will reduce your stress and increase your mental clarity,
you will experience the emotion you start with will not be the same emotion you finish with, and
you can practice it anywhere.
I hope this small practice will help you stay present and clear in the moments that matter.
